At Sound Tides Bio, we are committed to secure and professional order fulfillment for research products and laboratory supplies.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped using trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been processed and labeled.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Sound Tides Bio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, additional shipping charges, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any reshipment costs must be paid by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we may assist with carrier claims when applicable.

Weather & Carrier Delays

Sound Tides Bio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

By placing an order, customers confirm they are at least 21 years of age and are purchasing products strictly for lawful laboratory and research purposes.
