Refund Policy

At Sound Tides Bio, we are committed to providing high-quality research products and professional customer service. Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are subject to the policy below.

All Sales Final

Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped.

Because research products require controlled handling and storage conditions, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or improperly stored items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect product
  • A missing item

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • A refund at our sole discretion

Lost Packages

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.

Sound Tides Bio is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been packaged, labeled, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with their order, including reshipment fees caused by incorrect address information.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Refusal of future service
  • Submission of transaction records to payment processors or financial institutions
